We can customize a package to exactly suit your needs, but we find most clients fit into our standard package, which costs $6,000.

Pages - Included

A total of fifteen pages are included. These pages may include:

  • Home - typically the home page will feature attention grabbing imagery, the site's navigation (across the top and/or on the left) and text that provides an overview of the firm. This text usually contains links to the other pages of the site.
  • Contact Us - We like to include a small contact form on every page of the site. The Contact Us form gives complete contact information as well as an embedded, function Google map.

Design - Included

  • All designs are custom created for you and are original. We like the design to reflect your geographic area or legal specialty, but like to stay away from the stereotypical imagery - scales of justice, etc.
  • All imagery is commercial quality and is licensed from such industry-leading sites as istockphoto.com.
  • We like to make it easy for clients to reach you so we include a Contact Us form on every page.
  • If you have video, we can usually include it in your site at no charge.
  • We encourage you to get professional photographs taken of the attorneys. If you are located in New York City, we have an extensive collection of neighborhood-specific photographs to use on your site.
  • For optimal accessibility and search engine performance, all HTML and CSS code will validate under the W3C's validation service.
  • The website will qualify for the "Cynthia Tested" button, indicating WCAG and Section 508 accessibility compliance
  • Your site will tested to look consistent across the modern browsers.

Text - Included

  • We will write all of the content for the 15 pages included in your package. You will have final approval of any content on your site.
  • If you already have text for your site, we will edit it to increase the search engine appeal and marketing impact.
  • All pages will have a unique title and META description tag, for use by the search engines in indexing your site.

Search Engine Consultation - Included

  • Advice on what your site should contain, how the pages should be organized, and how the pages should be structured for maximum search engine availability
  • Advice on how to maximize the marketing and search engine impact of each page.
  • Advice on natural search engine positioning vs. search engine marketing

  • Domain name registration, if you do not yet have one
  • 1 year of hosting
  • Lifetime minor edits done at no charge

A La Carte Menu

  • Website Design - Homepage and Inside page - $3,000
  • Customize Inside page design for a section - $350
  • Create HTML for new page, based on existing design (e.g. adding another attorney) - $200
  • Create content for one page - $200 (approx 400 words)
  • Create content to your specifications - $1/word
